About S Joshi Creates
I am Shital Joshi, the artist behind S Joshi Creates — a space where creativity, caricature, illustration, and design come together with purpose and passion.
My love for art began in childhood, deeply inspired by my father. During the Ganpati festival, our family would lovingly create idols, and I would sit beside everyone with curiosity—observing, learning, and adding little touches of paint. Those simple moments shaped my creative world.
My mother nurtured that spark beautifully. She would proudly preserve my drawings, make collages, and display them in her school. Her appreciation taught me that art has value, meaning, and the power to inspire.
Education & Background
Over time, this passion grew into a fulfilling journey in animation, illustration, and design. From teaching and mentoring students in animation institutes to working at IIT Bombay, I have contributed to meaningful health and nutrition projects, created educational content, coordinated creative teams, and designed materials that reached people in both urban and rural communities.
I hold a Master of Fine Arts (Applied Art) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Applied Art), along with a Diploma in Multimedia Animation with Advanced 3D Maya. My academic foundation, combined with over 15 years of professional and teaching experience, shapes my approach to visual storytelling and creative problem-solving.
Through S Joshi Creates, I now offer handcrafted digital caricatures, portraits, illustrations, and creative design services. My goal is to create artwork that connects with people, captures emotions, tells stories, and spreads smiles.
Let’s create something meaningful together.
